Return & Refund Policy

At Calerain Shops™, each product is carefully prepared, packaged, and inspected before shipping.

Returns

We do not accept returns.

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, soaps, body butters, oils, and other personal-care products cannot be returned.

Because fragrance preferences are personal, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds solely because a customer does not like a particular scent.

Candles & Home Fragrance

Candles, wax melts, room sprays, and other home-fragrance products do not qualify for a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact Calerain Shops™ as soon as possible and provide photos of the item and packaging.

Once the issue is verified, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible returns unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly by Calerain Shops™.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when the return is due to our error.

Refunds

For only approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

Processing times for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
