Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days.

Because some Calerain Shops™ products are handmade or prepared in small batches, certain orders may require additional processing time. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the products ordered, package weight, destination, and available shipping method.

Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website or during checkout.

Delivery Times

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside the control of Calerain Shops™ may affect delivery times.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details after the order has been shipped.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect address or an undeliverable package may be the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If an item arrives damaged, contact Calerain Shops™ as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and contact the shipping carrier.

If you still cannot locate the package, contact Calerain Shops™ so we can assist you with the next steps.

Local Pickup

When local pickup is offered, eligible customers may select the available pickup option during checkout. Pickup instructions will be provided after the order is ready.

Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.
