Terms of Service

Overview

This website is operated by Calerain Shops™. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Calerain Shops™.

By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and our related policies, including our Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Products

Calerain Shops™ offers handmade and specialty products, including candles, wax melts, soaps, body products, fragrance products, room and linen sprays, and related items.

Because many of our products are handmade or produced in small batches, slight variations in color, shape, weight, appearance, fragrance, or packaging may occur. These variations do not necessarily indicate a defect.

We make every reasonable effort to display product descriptions, colors, sizes, and photographs accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, and your device display.

Fragrance Products

Fragrance preferences are highly personal. Product descriptions are provided to help customers select scents, but we cannot guarantee that a particular fragrance will appeal to every customer.

Please review fragrance descriptions and product information before purchasing.

Personal-Care Products

Customers should review product ingredients before using soaps, body butters, oils, or other personal-care products.

Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs. Our products are for external use only unless specifically stated otherwise.

Calerain Shops™ products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Candle Safety

Customers are responsible for following the safety instructions provided with candles and other products involving flame or heat.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials. Follow wick-trimming and burning instructions provided with the product.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment problems, or product unavailability.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing and product information are accurate. If an obvious pricing or product-description error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error or cancel the affected order.

Shipping

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.

Calerain Shops™ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, damaged products, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

The Calerain Shops™ name, branding, logos, product photographs, product descriptions, original fragrance names, graphics, and other original content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

Prohibited Use

You may not use our website or products for unlawful purposes, fraudulent transactions, infringement of intellectual-property rights, harassment, transmission of malicious software, or other activities prohibited by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Calerain Shops™ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use or misuse of our products or website.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. The version posted on our website at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction, subject to applicable law.
